If you seek a respectful, traditional, passionate, and integrity-driven work environment, join our team! **About the Position** We are looking for an Apprentice Youth to support the store manager and sales team in operational and administrative activities, contributing to store organization and high-quality customer service. **Responsibilities:** * Assist sales staff in selecting merchandise in the hardware section * Organize shelves, restock items, and maintain display areas * Assist in customer service * Assist in administrative routines * Support the store manager in operational tasks **Department:** Store – Sales and Hardware **Working Hours:** 9:00 AM to 3:00 PM, Monday to Friday **Requirements** * Age between 18 and 23 years * Completed or currently pursuing high school education (evening shift) * Physical aptitude for light merchandise handling tasks (e.g., selecting hardware items) * Availability to attend a professional training course one day per week * Interest in learning and developing within commercial and administrative areas Employment Type: Permanent CLT Compensation: R$1\.200,00 \- R$1\.200,01 per month Benefits: * Medical assistance * Dental assistance * Meal allowance * Transportation allowance
