Job Summary: We are seeking a professional to map and implement operational improvements, validate systems, and support project implementation and end users. Key Highlights: 1. Strategic involvement in process improvement and operational performance 2. Technical interface between Operations and IT for system validation 3. Support for new customers and monitoring adherence to tools What We Are Looking For (Requirements) Education: Completed undergraduate degree (Engineering, IT, Business Administration, or related fields). Knowledge: Logistics operations, transportation, and project/improvement methodologies. Profile: Strong systemic logic, assertive communication, sense of urgency, and ownership mindset. Tools: Excel and PowerPoint (Advanced); Data Analysis and SQL (a plus). Your Responsibilities Processes: Map and implement improvements to enhance operational performance. Systems: Validate functionalities in the TMS, conduct system testing, and serve as the technical interface between Operations and IT. Projects: Support onboarding of new customers and monitor team adherence to new tools. Data: Develop KPI reports and identify process bottlenecks. Support: Create training materials, work instructions, and provide day-to-day support to end users.
