An Information Technology company is seeking a Data Analyst in Barueri. Soditech is a company specialized in technological solutions and innovation, offering software development services and IT consulting. **Responsibilities:** Monitor IoT devices and remote metering solutions to ensure operational stability, availability, and performance. Manage incidents by opening, tracking, and prioritizing connectivity and maintenance tickets. Conduct follow-up with internal departments and vendors to ensure adherence to deadlines and SLAs. Analyze connectivity and performance failures in meters, gateways, and sensors, proposing corrective actions. Collaborate with connectivity vendors to resolve incidents in LPWAN networks (LoRaWAN, NB-IoT). Perform data extraction and analysis using tools such as SAP, Lecom, ServiceNow, and BI dashboards. Prepare reports with operational indicators, network performance, and ticket status. Support preventive maintenance, firmware updates, and device log analysis. Previous experience as a Data Scientist, Data Analysis Specialist, Business Intelligence Analyst, or Market Intelligence Analyst may indicate alignment with some responsibilities of this position. Bachelor's degree required.
