We seek a technical, detail-oriented professional committed to quality and safety, who will be responsible for manufacturing, maintaining, and improving industrial tools and devices. If you have experience in this field and are seeking a structured, dynamic industrial environment with opportunities for professional development, this position is for you. **Key Responsibilities:** --------------------------------- * Fabricate, adjust, and perform preventive and corrective maintenance on tools and devices * Implement technical modifications aimed at improving performance and reducing breakdowns * Conduct tryouts with Engineering and Production teams, monitor tests, and perform necessary adjustments (e.g., rollers, bending, spring replacement, cylinders, etc.) * Perform technical analysis of tooling and propose continuous improvements * Monitor product quality during test execution * Complete and maintain up-to-date all records and documents related to activities * Maintain workplace organization, cleanliness, and preservation (5S) * Comply with internal standards, organizational procedures, and legal requirements for safety and quality * Properly use PPE and adhere to all Occupational Safety regulations * Use resources responsibly, avoiding waste and preserving equipment **✅ Requirements:** ----------------- * Proven experience in tool manufacturing and maintenance * Knowledge of technical drawing * Ability to read and interpret technical drawings * Technical analysis and problem-solving skills * Teamwork and strong communication skills **We Offer:** --------------- * Collaborative and organized working environment * Training and continuous development * Safe and dynamic industrial environment * Opportunities for professional growth Minimum Education: Technical Course
