Conduct safety onboarding for new employees. . Deliver safety training/lectures to all company employees. . Develop the annual SIPAT program. . Issue safety-related reports, notifications, and announcements. . Distribute PPEs to employees, recording deliveries in individual records and enforcing their use. . Submit Annex IV to the Regional Labor Office (DRT) in January. . Monitor judicial expert assessments and support ongoing civil and labor lawsuits. . Investigate workplace accidents and complete specific incident reports. . Assist with environmental activities (awareness campaigns, control and disposal of industrial waste, garbage removal, etc.). . Conduct daily inspections at the factory to identify unsafe conditions and acts, implementing corrective and preventive actions. . Complete monthly and quarterly chemical inventory maps for controlled substances. . Renew, through legal counsel, licenses for Controlled Chemical Products for industrial use and the Police Technical Inspection Certificate. . Conduct monthly inspections of fire-fighting equipment (extinguishers, hoses, pumps, hydrants, alarms, etc.). . Supervise technicians from the contracted pest and rodent control company. . Certify forklift operators. . Monitor employee reintegration processes. . Assist in preparing expert reports for retirement procedures. . Issue Accident Communication Forms (CAT) and send copies to the insurance broker. . Archive all documents related to assigned duties. .
