We are seeking an **Automation Technician** to program, maintain, and improve automated processes in a large-scale industrial plant, ensuring operational efficiency and compliance with safety standards. ✅ **Responsibilities:** * Execute weekly programming schedules issued by the planning department and client managers, reporting progress and difficulties to the immediate supervisor; * Specify materials and tools required to perform tasks; * Understand and interpret logic diagrams, loop diagrams, single-line diagrams, power and control diagrams; * Propose and implement improvements in automated processes, following approval workflows; * Monitor processes via software and make changes according to internal procedures; * Perform corrective and preventive maintenance, including medium and high complexity tasks on ABB, KUKA and DÜRR robots; * Analyze failures and make changes in PLC software for permanent resolution, completing root cause reports; * Design and program PLC software for small production processes; * Configure and parameterize Siemens and SEW frequency inverters; * Work in compliance with safety regulations, especially NR 12 and NR 10; * Properly use PPE and safeguard company and client assets; * Participate in strategic meetings, DDS, and propose improvements to achieve availability and PQS goals; * Comply with laws, regulations, and internal procedures; * Perform other related duties as required. * ️**Requirements:** * Technical degree in Automation; * **NR 10 mandatory;** * Experience with electrical measurement instruments and automation system monitoring; * Programming using Siemens PG and S7 Siemens PLC; * Conveyor systems; * ABB, KUKA and DÜRR robots; * Siemens and SEW inverters; * Profibus, Modbus and Interbus communication networks; * Reading and interpreting electrical, loop and logic diagrams; * Industrial automation. ✨**Benefits** * Intermédica medical insurance * ️ Meals on site * Food allowance: R$ 410.98 * Transportation voucher: R$600.00 * + Hazardous duty allowance (30%) **Location:** Cajamar – SP * **Schedule:** Marshall shift 00:00 to 12:00.
