Inventory control and preparation of cost reduction analyses **Detailed Description:** * Manage, analyze, and optimize the company's production and operational expenses, ensuring profitability and accuracy of cost reports; * Manage industrial costs, perform monthly ERP Totvs Data Sul closing, analyze cost variances (Standard vs. Actual), and support budget planning (Budget/Forecast). * **Monthly Reporting Closure:** Execute monthly closing, reconcile accounting accounts, and issue managerial reports on COGS, average costs, and Base (Standard) costs. * **Analysis and Variances:** Investigate price deviations in average and base costs and implement continuous improvement actions. * **Industrial Costs:** Control and review standard costs, allocations, and monitor available and actual labor hours; manage hourly rates for industrial cost centers on a monthly basis. * **Inventory Control (Physical Inventory):** Monitor physical inventory counts, analyze quantitative discrepancies, ensure accurate inventory tracking in both ERP and physical systems. * **Industrial Budgeting:** Update the industrial cost spreadsheet (Excel) monthly for sales price determination and new project development. * Control import-related costs and perform adjustments per company procedures. * Perform OEM adjustments in **Breakdowns** (Cost Spreadsheets), including labor, raw materials, processes, and mark-up, to ensure product profitability. * Prepare analyses to identify cost reduction opportunities (COGS). * Monitor scrap rate and propose process improvements to mitigate scrap impact. * Monitor and analyze raw material, component, and input price adjustments together with the Procurement department. * Support Engineering in cost reduction initiatives such as continuous improvement, time study, and new technologies. * Support the Industrial department in inventory management and movement. **Required Knowledge:** * Microsoft Office Suite with Advanced Excel; * Advanced ERP knowledge (e.g., Totvs Data Sul); * Accounting and tax knowledge; * Costing tools. **Benefits Package:** On-site cafeteria, medical and dental plans, travel agency discount (agency serving the commercial team), TicketFlex VA and VR, TotalPass, pharmacy plan, and annual profit-sharing (PLR).
