Job Summary: We are seeking a passionate Quality Analyst dedicated to transforming processes into results, responsible for maintaining and enhancing the Quality Management System. Key Highlights: 1. We are hiring a **Quality Analyst** in **Barueri/SP** If you are passionate about Quality and love transforming processes into results, this opportunity is for you! ✨ **Main Activities and Responsibilities:** * Maintain and enhance the Quality Management System (QMS); * Conduct internal audits and support external audits; * Monitor and analyze performance indicators and action plans; * Develop and review procedures, work instructions, and forms; * Address nonconformities and track corrective and preventive actions; * Support the maintenance of accreditations and certifications (SASSMAQ); * Deliver internal training on quality and best practices; * Collaborate with technical, commercial, administrative, and operational departments to ensure compliance and continuous improvement. **Requirements:** * Bachelor’s degree completed or in progress in Quality Management, Engineering, Administration, or Logistics; * Knowledge of quality tools (PDCA, 5W2H, 5 Whys, Ishikawa); * Experience in internal audits and document control; * Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel); * Strong communication skills, attention to detail, and an analytical mindset. **Desirable Differentiators:** * Experience with ISO 9001 or SASSMAQ standards; * Background in transportation companies, logistics operators, or manufacturing industries; * A keen eye for improvements and creative solutions **Salary:** R$ 4\.350,24 ️ **Working Hours:** 08:00 to 17:48 (Monday to Friday) **Benefits:** Transportation Allowance + On-site Meal Benefit + Medical and Dental Insurance + Life Insurance Join a team that values excellence, innovation, and professional growth.
