




Job Description: * Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Business Management, or related fields; * A completed or ongoing postgraduate program in Procurement will be considered a plus. * Minimum of 5 years of proven experience in Procurement and Facilities, including strategic negotiations and contract management. * Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel, Word, and PowerPoint); * Familiarity with procurement and contract management tools and systems (ERP); * Certifications or technical courses focused on Procurement, with emphasis on negotiation techniques. The professional must ensure and enable all procurement processes for the Group, aiming to streamline processes, establish supply agreements for recurring demands, execute strategic purchases, and participate in cost-reduction projects. * Identify and develop new suppliers, evaluating commercial, logistical, and supply capacity aspects in alignment with the company’s internal policies; * Conduct supplier qualification according to internal procurement procedures; * Prepare quotation maps and perform technical comparisons among proposals to ensure optimal selection; * Execute quotations and negotiations for products and services, meeting unit requirements while optimizing costs; * Manage the contracting of specialized services and procurement of various materials, including IT, HR consulting, marketing, maintenance, civil construction, and others; * Issue purchase orders, forward them to suppliers, and monitor the process through final delivery, ensuring compliance with negotiated terms; * Administer contracts, leading BID processes for new negotiations or supplier replacements; * Participate in continuous improvement projects targeting cost reduction and productivity enhancement; * Provide support to the Facilities team, collaborating on operational management of contracts for security, cleaning, catering, maintenance, and other services; 2512170202551922815
