Generate quotations for purchase option and contract renewal values. Generate and send purchase option and contract renewal proposals. Send and track renewal and purchase option documents for clients. Record renewal and purchase option transactions in HPEFS’s global and local systems. Generate monthly control reports for renewal and purchase operations. Generate informational reports for clients and internal control reports. Support billing for purchase options. Reconcile billed amounts. Implement corrections for contractual changes in local and global systems. Enter data into systems. Manage documentation for audit processes. Control and store client renewal and purchase option documents. Communicate with clients to resolve administrative matters, send documents, present commercial proposals, and perform reconciliations. Perform monthly, quarterly, and annual closing activities. Position based in Barueri / SP.
