Control access, perform registrations, and route visitors and service providers. Perform basic administrative tasks, such as organizing mail, managing schedules, and supporting internal departments. Ensure the reception area is tidy, presentable, and compliant with company standards. Record data in spreadsheets and internal systems using intermediate-level Excel. Previous experience as a Telemarketing Operator, Receptionist, Sales Assistant, or Store Attendant may indicate suitability for some of the responsibilities of this position. High school diploma completed.
