Organization and attention to detail in tracking deadlines **Description:** We are looking for a Franchise Implementation Assistant to join our team and provide direct support to new franchisees during the unit implementation process. If you have experience in franchisee relations, are organized, communicative, and enjoy working with processes, this opportunity may be perfect for you! **Responsibilities and Duties:** Provide support to franchisees throughout the entire franchise implementation process. Assist in meeting the implementation schedule for new units. Monitor deadlines and ensure all stages are completed correctly (contracts, training, grand opening, etc.). Serve as the primary point of contact between the franchisor and new franchisees. Support the organization of training sessions and distribution of manuals and documents. Ensure brand standards are followed during the unit opening process. **Requirements and Qualifications:** Previous experience with franchises, especially in franchisee service and support. Strong verbal and written communication skills. Organizational skills and attention to detail. Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously. Proactivity and results-oriented mindset. Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook). **Preferred Qualifications:** Prior experience in franchise networks within areas such as expansion, implementation, or franchisee support.
