We have over 6\.700 employees and operate across 12 states and the Federal District, with 323 units distributed from north to south of the country. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Plan and manage team work, defining work routines, customer engagement techniques, and strategies to meet goals and deadlines; * Supervise all administrative routines of the team; * Supervise general courier, messenger, transportation, cleaning, third-party, equipment maintenance, furniture, facilities, etc.; * Be accountable for team goals and results, developing advancement and continuous improvement plans; * Monitor performance indicators in your area; * Plan and develop new projects, where applicable; * Share knowledge, information, and goals with the entire team; * Control financial activities of the units; * Maintain relationships with customers, the market, and physicians; * Conduct local market mapping and establish partnerships with companies focused on customer acquisition and retention; * Manage organizational climate with the team, providing employees with a healthy and productive work environment; * Provide respectful feedback; * Flag cases of low performance to HR management; * Conduct employee offboarding together with HR, where applicable; * Ensure company policies and standards are followed by the team; * Develop new leaders, where applicable; * Propose continuous improvement initiatives; **Requirements and Qualifications** * Completed Bachelor’s degree in Biomedicine * Intermediate Excel proficiency; * Prior experience in people/team management and biological sample collection. * Strong interpersonal skills; * Good communication skills; * Negotiation and persuasion abilities; * Flexible availability; **Additional Information** A healthcare reference, distinguished for people management and female leadership, committed to sustainable best practices and active in the communities where it operates, the Sabin Group was founded in the federal capital, born from the courage and determination of two entrepreneurs, Janete Vaz and Sandra Soares Costa, in 1984\.
