Job Summary: Provide support, maintenance, and monitoring for IT infrastructure and electronic security systems to ensure service continuity. Key Highlights: 1. Internal, remote, and on-site technical support Responsible for supporting, maintaining, and monitoring the company's IT infrastructure and electronic security systems (CCTV, alarms, and access control), ensuring service continuity and performing internal, remote, and on-site technical support as required. * Bachelor's degree in IT or related fields * Experience in technical support, networking, or infrastructure (Junior to Mid-level) * Knowledge of networking (TCP/IP, VLAN, VPN) and Windows/Linux systems * Familiarity with electronic security systems (CCTV, alarms, and access control) * Willingness to conduct external support visits and on-site technical inspections
