Presidente Kennedy, No. 1160, Morada do Sol neighborhood, CEP No. 64\.056\-375, Teresina (PI), a non-profit social organization with private legal personality, recognized as a public utility and socially beneficial entity by State Decree No. 12\.286/06 and Municipal Decree No. 14\.526/14\. **CLAUSE ONE – OBJECT OF THE PROCESS** **1\.1** REABILITAR ASSOCIATION, through this Public Notice, announces the opening of a Simplified Selection Process aimed at hiring a professional for the position of **Human Resources Management Assistant**, to work on the New Dona Evangelina Rosa Maternity Project \- NMDER in Teresina \- PI. **CLAUSE TWO – MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES OF THE POSITION** **2\.1 MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES OF THE HUMAN RESOURCES MANAGEMENT ASSISTANT FOR WORK ON THE NEW DONA EVANGELINA ROSA MATERNITY \- NMDER** * Embody the organizational identity of REABILITAR ASSOCIATION; * Analyze and propose improvements and/or new technologies/methodologies to optimize departmental operations; * Provide daily assistance to employees and civil servants, clarifying questions related to Human Resources Management matters, ensuring prompt and effective support; * Receive and review daily all documentation required for employee and civil servant attendance management for registration and control; * Perform daily electronic document protocols and archiving within the system, ensuring all documents are properly registered and accessible per administrative requirements; * Maintain necessary documentation updated, verifying and organizing personnel record changes in Human Resources Management systems according to admissions, dismissals, or contractual changes; * Support internal communication initiatives; * Update and monitor HR control spreadsheets and reports, including performance indicators and monthly reports, ensuring all data is organized and accessible to support management analysis; * Monitor attendance tracking and payroll processing, ensuring data is correctly linked and that closing occurs accurately and within established deadlines; * Support transportation allowance management, monitoring benefit allocation to employees in accordance with NMDER policies; * Monitor and record employee and civil servant attendance and frequency data, ensuring records are accurate and aligned with payroll; * Collaborate with the SESMT department to register medical certificates and other occurrences; * Maintain physical and digital employee document archives, ensuring organization and accessibility per legal and audit requirements; * Actively participate in organizational meetings and commitments when requested; * Perform other duties related to the position, as required by the department and directed by management. **CLAUSE THREE – REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS FOR THE POSITION** * Completed or ongoing undergraduate degree in Business Administration, Psychology, Human Resources Management, or related fields; * Minimum professional experience of 6 (six) months in the field. **CLAUSE FOUR – JOB DETAILS** * Salary: 1\.891,37; * Transportation allowance; * On-site meal; * 40-hour workweek. **CLAUSE FIVE – SELECTION PROCESS STAGES** * Curriculum Analysis; * Competency-Based Interview; * Interview with the Area Manager.
