Description: REQUIREMENTS Completed Nursing Technician education Active COREN registration Knowledge of hospital care standards and guidelines, patients' rights and responsibilities, COFEN resolutions, International Patient Safety Goals, and the Patient Safety Plan. * Collaborate with management and coordination in personnel management, technical evaluation of staff, and guidance, aiming to develop and optimize available resources, fostering a healthy work environment with opportunities for development, continuous learning, and recognition; * Assist in developing service organization manuals, area routines and procedures, data collection for managerial reports and departmental indicators, proposing improvements and corrective actions to ensure service quality and safety, as well as compliance with the strategic plan defined by management; * Propose to management improvements in systems and tools to increase efficiency and effectiveness of area processes, optimizing financial, physical, and human resources, ensuring deadlines and proper synchronization of work progress to meet established goals; * Maintain a high standard of humane, professional, efficient, and effective service to achieve high performance levels, striving to exceed our customers' expectations; * Critically evaluate the safety and quality of patient care services, revising procedures when they fail to align with required practice standards for quality assurance and institutional service standards; * Identify patients per the double-check protocol prior to each new procedure, ensuring patient safety; * Interact with other hospital support services to facilitate and expedite patient care; * Implement quality improvement actions and monitor results to ensure patient and family comfort, periodically evaluating performance against established objectives; * Monitor execution of work plans to optimize financial, physical, and human resources, ensuring deadlines and proper synchronization of work progress to meet departmental needs, while guaranteeing service quality and excellence; * Collaborate with other professionals in the field to promote patient and caregiver well-being; * Prescribe nursing interventions, documenting observations, care activities, and procedures using legible and appropriate language for official records; * Provide direct patient care and supervise the nursing technician support team; * Select materials and equipment for specific procedures, as well as prepare routine reports and documents; * Administer prescribed medications using the double-check protocol; * Document patient progress in medical records and other official documents; * Perform vital signs checks and monitor patients in observation rooms; * Record, archive, and receive copies of examination results; 251206020219621425
