Job Summary: A professional responsible for assembling, maintaining, and providing technical support for hardware and software to ensure full functionality of equipment and effective performance of employees' duties. Preventive and corrective technical assistance ### **JOB DESCRIPTION** * Perform daily computer and IT equipment assembly and maintenance, delivering preventive and corrective technical assistance to ensure full equipment functionality; * Routinely provide technical support to users regarding hardware and software—explaining how they work or resolving errors—to meet collective or individual IT equipment usage needs and enable effective employee job performance; * Other duties relevant to the position. ### **JOB REQUIREMENTS** * Technical course in Information Technology or ongoing higher education degree in the field; * Prior experience in the role; * Availability to work under an intermittent contract arrangement. ### **BENEFITS** * Meal allowance (per day worked) * Transportation allowance (per day worked) ### **ADDITIONAL INFORMATION** **Contract Types:** CLT and Temporary
