Support in plating and shelf-life control Hotel seeks a Kitchen Assistant professional in Teresina (South Center). **Responsibilities:** Assist in food preparation according to the chef's instructions. Perform food hygiene and pre-preparation (cutting, washing, sorting). Organize and maintain kitchen cleanliness, utensils, and equipment. Assist in plating and portioning. Control food shelf-life and proper storage. Follow food hygiene and safety standards. Support restocking and inventory organization. Assist in order finalization and release. Previous experience as Assistant Cook, Kitchen Helper, Restaurant Assistant, or Food Preparer may indicate suitability for some of the duties in this position. High school diploma required.
