Join our team and help us transform the dairy universe***.*** ***\#JoinAlvoarDairy*** **Responsibilities and Duties** * Supervise and monitor preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance plans according to operational demands; * Monitor maintenance performance indicators and propose improvement actions; * Conduct deviation analyses and related actions; * Coordinate critical activities across maintenance departments; * CAPEX budgeting and control; * Prepare the maintenance operational budget; * Prepare monthly reports detailing departmental activities; * Control and schedule preventive maintenance based on equipment operating hours; * Lead and align the team (monitoring, training, feedback, delegation, conflict resolution, motivation, performance evaluation, professional development, hiring, reassignment, and termination, among others); * Ensure compliance with departmental standards, processes, routines, and policies; * Perform duties in alignment with quality, environmental, occupational health and safety policies, as well as applicable legal requirements established by Alvoar Dairy. * Other duties inherent to the position. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering/Mechanical Engineering/Automation or related fields; * Postgraduate degree in Maintenance Management, Reliability Engineering, or related areas is desirable; * Solid experience in PCM and leadership of industrial maintenance teams; * Willingness to relocate to Morada Nova. * Competencies: Communication, Strategic Focus, Customer Focus, Initiative, Leadership, Quality and Productivity Orientation, Resilience, Sense of Ownership, Entrepreneurial Vision. **Additional Information** * Competitive salary; * On-site meals; * Group life insurance; * Education incentive program; * Partnerships with educational institutions; * Unimed health plan; * Optional dental plan; * Dairy product benefit; * Virtual store for discounted purchases of company products; * Profit-sharing bonus (PLR) based on goal achievement.
