Job Summary: Coordinate technical and field teams, ensuring quality, optimizing processes and personnel to meet targets and drive continuous improvement. Key Highlights: 1. Continuous improvement and solution-oriented mindset - Coordinate technical and field teams; - Monitor and provide technical support to teams during data receipt, processing, and delivery of client deliverables. - Conduct technical site visits to evaluate activities and estimate service duration; - Schedule and allocate resources based on received service requests. - Ensure service quality, as well as compliance with operational, environmental, and safety requirements. - Seek solutions focused on people and process management to achieve established goals and enable continuous improvement. Requirements - Degree in Surveying Engineering, Civil Engineering, or related fields; - Experience in topographic data processing using specialized software (e.g., AutoCAD, AutoCAD Civil 3D, Topograph) is desirable; - Experience in project and people management; - Driver's license category B.
