Join us!** Profile Summary A Business Intelligence professional specialized in Power BI, with strong expertise in databases, data modeling, and business rule understanding. Capable of transforming raw data into strategic insights to support decision-making. Key Responsibilities Develop interactive dashboards and reports in Power BI Perform data processing, transformation, and integration (ETL) Design and maintain efficient, scalable data models Gather and translate business rules into analytical solutions Ensure data quality, consistency, and governance Collaborate with business areas to define KPIs Optimize report and query performance Technical Requirements \- DESIRED (NOT MANDATORY) Solid experience with Power BI (DAX, Power Query, modeling) Advanced knowledge of relational databases (SQL Server, PostgreSQL, MySQL or similar) Proficiency in SQL (queries, joins, optimization) Experience in data modeling (star schema, snowflake, normalization) Knowledge of ETL/ELT processes Familiarity with data governance and data quality concepts Functional Requirements Ability to understand and document business rules Experience in creating business indicators and metrics (KPIs) Strong communication skills for interacting with non-technical stakeholders Analytical mindset with a results-oriented approach Differentiators \- DESIRED (NOT MANDATORY) Experience with complementary tools (Azure, Data Factory, Databricks, etc.) Knowledge of Python or R for data analysis
