




Job Summary: Professional responsible for monitoring goals and schedules, analyzing performance reports, managing budgets, leading teams, and ensuring compliance and safety in urban operations. Strategic fleet, warehouse, and occupational safety management • Monitor contract goals, KPIs, and schedules, acting proactively to ensure expected results. • Analyze performance reports and implement action plans to optimize productivity and overall operational efficiency. • Ensure accurate recording of all operations in management systems (Sienge, Sofit, Inlog), guaranteeing data accuracy for analysis. • Manage the operational budget, controlling costs and expenses to maintain the contract’s financial sustainability. • Supervise and lead the Urban Cleaning Inspection team, ensuring field responsibilities are carried out autonomously and effectively. • Coordinate workforce management and Human Resources processes with the team, ensuring compliance and efficiency. • Conduct strategic training and development plans for the management team, enhancing field leadership. • Resolve complex conflicts that could not be resolved by inspectors. • Supervise the Fleet Maintenance area, ensuring vehicles and machinery remain in optimal operating condition (cleaning, signage, maintenance), in compliance with environmental standards and municipal regulations. • Coordinate the Supplies and Warehouse Management area, ensuring inventory levels of supplies and equipment align with operational needs. • Ensure compliance with occupational safety regulations, actively collaborating with SESMET on risk prevention and coordinating accident and incident investigations. • Address high-complexity non-conformities and complaints, serving as the escalation point for issues impacting the contract. • Act as the primary liaison between the field team and senior management, communicating critical information and important updates. • Immediately inform management of any incidents that may jeopardize operational continuity or the company’s reputation.
