Job Summary: The Senior Attorney will manage litigation and conduct strategic legal activities for G Mining Ventures' entities in South America, providing legal support and ensuring legal governance. Serving as a reference for legal training and compliance **Summary of Responsibilities:** The Senior Attorney will be responsible for litigation management and conducting strategic legal activities for G Mining Ventures' entities in South America. The role involves close collaboration with internal departments and external law firms to ensure proper handling of judicial and administrative proceedings, budget management for the Legal Department, governance of legal processes, legal support to Human Resources and Procurement departments, and serving as a reference for legal and compliance training. **Key Activities:** * Manage external law firms in handling judicial proceedings and administrative processes; * Define strategies and lead sensitive judicial and administrative proceedings; * Participate in the selection and implementation of legal management systems; * Prepare managerial reports for litigation control and monitoring; * Manage the Legal Department's budget; * Draft, review, and support approval of strategic contracts; * Provide legal support to Human Resources and Procurement departments, ensuring compliance with applicable labor legislation; * Develop and deliver legal and compliance training; * Draft and review procedural documents; * Conduct doctrinal and jurisprudential research. **Required Qualifications:** * Law degree; * Active registration with the Brazilian Bar Association (OAB); * 5–10 years of litigation experience in mid- to large-sized law firms or corporations; * Proficiency in drafting and reviewing procedural documents; * Fluent English. **Preferred Qualifications:** * Specialization in Labor or Civil Procedural Law; * Experience in corporate environments with multidisciplinary interfaces; * Experience managing legal service providers and budgetary control. **Additional Information:** * Work location: Belo Horizonte, hybrid work model. * Willingness to travel. **About the Company:** G Mining Ventures (GMIN) is a gold mining company focused on acquiring, developing, and operating precious metals projects.
