We are currently experiencing a phase of expansion and growth, and we seek a Junior Full-Stack Developer responsible for developing solutions to help our customers improve their results through innovative technological solutions and enhanced management processes. You will work within a team to bring projects and ideas to life for new web applications integrated with microservices, APIs, and artificial intelligence. **Main Responsibilities:** The Junior Full-Stack Developer supports software solution development and applies programming best practices under the guidance of mid-level and senior developers. This role focuses on learning and professional growth, contributing both to delivering value to customers and to advancing technical and professional skills. Software Development and Implementation: Actively participate in developing simple features and maintaining existing applications. Collaborate with more experienced developers to implement solutions. Help identify and fix bugs, supported and guided by mid-level and senior developers. Document implemented features to ensure traceability and continuous learning. Learning and Growth: Receive and apply mentorship from mid-level and senior developers to accelerate professional development. Use received feedback to grow and evolve as a professional. Continuously pursue technical skill development, learning about design patterns, coding best practices, and testing. Demonstrate proactivity in seeking knowledge and clarifying doubts with more experienced colleagues, participating in training and learning activities. The goal is for the junior developer, as they gain more experience and confidence, to progress into roles with greater responsibility, such as mid-level developer. Testing and Code Quality: Implement simple tests for features under guidance, understanding the importance of code quality assurance. Follow established code quality practices, learning the importance of each phase in the software development lifecycle. Collaboration and Communication: Share your learnings with other junior colleagues or interns, fostering a mutually collaborative environment. Actively participate in agile ceremonies, contributing to continuous process improvement and suggesting enhancements to increase team efficiency. Contribute to sprint planning, helping estimate development tasks and ensuring alignment with product goals. **Technical Requirements:** **ACADEMIC QUALIFICATIONS:** Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Systems, or related fields (in progress or completed). PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE: Prior experience in software development is required. Academic, personal, or internship projects are considered a plus. MANDATORY COMPETENCIES: Basic knowledge of Python, JavaScript, TypeScript, Node.js, Vue, or other front\-end and back\-end technologies. Basic SQL knowledge and interest in learning software development best practices. Ability to learn and implement simple tests to ensure code quality. **Behavioral Profile:** Willingness to learn new technologies and grow professionally.
