The candidate will be responsible for developing and maintaining robust, scalable, and efficient software solutions. We seek a professional with solid experience in Node.js, AWS, microservices, MongoDB, PostgreSQL, and mastery of SOLID principles and object-oriented programming (OOP). This role requires proactivity, the ability to work independently, skills to architect complex solutions, and a consistent focus on delivering value and quality. Start Date: As soon as approved * Duration: Indefinite — become a permanent member of the consulting firm's team Location: Remote or hybrid, depending on the candidate's location. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related fields (completed or in progress). Solid experience using Node.js to develop large-scale applications. Hands-on experience with AWS for infrastructure provisioning and maintenance. In-depth knowledge of microservices and distributed systems architecture. Mastery of SOLID principles and object-oriented programming (OOP) to produce clean and scalable code. Experience with MongoDB and PostgreSQL databases. Proactivity and ability to work autonomously, taking ownership of solution delivery—even in environments lacking rigidly defined processes. Differentiators: Postgraduate degree or specialization in technology-related areas. AWS certification. Desirable: Experience with automation and continuous integration (CI/CD) tools. Knowledge of automated testing and Test-Driven Development (TDD) practices. Responsibilities: Develop and maintain systems using Node.js. Design and implement scalable and resilient microservice architectures. Propose innovative solutions to complex technical challenges. Work with relational (PostgreSQL) and non-relational (MongoDB) databases. Implement and manage infrastructure on AWS. Ensure code quality by adhering to best practices in OOP and SOLID principles. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to continuously deliver value. Architect systems and suggest technological improvements.
