If you identify with our purpose, this opportunity may be right for you! **Position:** Higher Educator I – Beverages **Contract Type:** Hourly – Indefinite Term (after 90 days) **Number of Positions:** 01 **Location:** Campo Grande/MS **Working Hours:** Position requires availability to work either morning/afternoon or afternoon/evening shifts **YOUR ROLE IN THIS MISSION:** Implement educational actions according to the Educational Action Plan/Course Project and study course characteristics provided by SENAC, such as: competencies, professional profile upon completion, modules, thematic blocks, technological foundations, as well as total and daily workload; Develop teaching materials for the modules, thematic blocks, or course(s) to be taught, if no material is available, under guidance and supervision of the Pedagogical Coordinator and the Analyst responsible for the course at the Regional Administration; Comply with operational definitions of educational actions, including: class schedule and timing, student late arrival tolerance period, location of scheduled activities, student assessment system, approval criteria (grade and minimum attendance requirements), and class register completion; Request teaching materials and supplies required for your thematic block/course, and verify and assume responsibility for materials designated for classes; Participate in planning meetings aimed at organizing SENAC’s teaching-learning process; Develop the Teacher Work Plan; Participate in Pedagogical Meetings and Class Councils related to the course whenever convened by the Pedagogical Coordination; Prepare a final report on course/thematic block development, addressing qualitative and quantitative performance indicators, and submitting critiques and suggestions to enrich the action plan and product management; Support in-person sales teams and pedagogical coordination, when necessary, in technical queries regarding course projects and customer/student information during sales closure; Support, when requested, course planning development and definition of consumable materials required for implementation; Provide suggestions and technical support to improve pedagogical environments; Develop, when requested, consulting activities in SENAC MS areas of expertise. Perform other related duties of similar nature and equivalent levels of responsibility and complexity; Comply with applicable legislation and institutional rules and regulations.
