Facilitation of alignment meetings and presentation of results Description: Apply quickly via email: Responsibilities and Desired Experience: KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: * Manage the programming team (junior, mid-level, and senior), ensuring performance and engagement. * Plan routines, processes, and delivery schedules. * Monitor and follow up on results, ensuring adherence to deadlines. * Implement development improvements and best practices. * Resolve conflicts and facilitate interdepartmental communication. * Control and monitor software deliveries. * Facilitate alignment meetings and present results to executive management. * Supervise usage of the ITIL ticketing system. REQUIREMENTS: * Completed undergraduate degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related fields. * Solid experience managing development teams. * Proficiency in Delphi (mandatory). * Experience in time, process, and schedule management. * Experience working in high-pressure environments with strong performance expectations. * Knowledge of SQL, algorithms, and at least one programming language (Delphi, C#, Python, etc.). * ITIL certification or knowledge. * Experience in Project Management. * Organizational skills, accountability, and analytical thinking. * Ability to resolve conflicts and motivate teams. * Creativity to propose improvements and solutions. * Strong communication skills.
