HR Analyst – Personnel Department
**Responsibilities:**
The professional will be responsible for working in the Personnel Department, performing the following activities:
**Electronic timekeeping system maintenance:**
* Maintain and verify the electronic timekeeping system (adjusting time entries, resolving inconsistencies, etc.);
* Track and record medical certificates and other absence justifications in the system;
* Monitor and ensure compliance with working hours, shift schedules, and compensatory time arrangements;
* Support managers and employees with guidance regarding attendance, working hours, and internal policies;
* Generate timekeeping and attendance reports for monitoring and decision-making;
**Benefits administration:**
* Enroll and remove employees from offered benefits (meal vouchers, transportation vouchers, medical and dental assistance, Wellhub, and Zenklub);
* Administer benefits according to internal policies, making appropriate adjustments when necessary (e.g., values, eligibility criteria, etc.);
* Request transportation vouchers via the Pluxee platform, in accordance with employee requests and company rules;
* Request meal voucher credits on the Caju platform, based on days worked;
* Monitor deadlines, invoices, and potential inconsistencies with benefits providers;
* Assist employees with inquiries and support related to benefits;
**Payroll processing:**
* Process monthly payroll and salary advances, ensuring adherence to deadlines and compliance with current legislation;
* Calculate and record labor-related charges and taxes (INSS, FGTS, IRRF, etc.);
* Input payroll data into the banking system for employee payments;
* Review payroll outputs, identifying and correcting any discrepancies;
* Manage and generate files for labor charges and ancillary obligations (SEFIP, eSocial, DCTFWeb, etc.);
* Conduct employee offboarding procedures, including severance calculations, document submission, and monitoring of statutory deadlines;
* Maintain updated files and records for audits and internal controls;
* Provide support to employees regarding payroll, labor charges, and severance matters.
**Requirements:**
* Advanced Excel proficiency.
* Knowledge of timekeeping, benefits, and payroll routines (end-to-end process).
* Experience in Personnel Department operations.
* Academic degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or related fields.
**Preferred Qualifications:**
* Experience with the ADP system.
* Prior experience in the tourism industry.
