Developing HR department routines The company is seeking an HR Analyst in Ribeirão Preto. **Responsibilities:** Conduct recruitment and selection across all hierarchical levels, align candidate profiles with hiring managers, promote job opportunities, screen resumes, conduct online and in-person interviews, and administer behavioral and technical assessments when required. Provide onboarding support, deliver onboarding training and other HR initiatives, monitor recruitment and selection KPIs (time-to-hire, quality of hires), and perform other HR department routines. Previous experience as an HR Specialist, HR Coordinator, Human Development Analyst, or HR Consultant may indicate alignment with some responsibilities of this position. Bachelor's degree required.
