Administrative Assistant

Description

We are looking for an Administrative Assistant to work at the reception of our Ribeirão Preto unit, attending to our employees, clients, suppliers, and supporting administrative routines. The professional will serve as the organization’s business card, ensuring courteous service and daily operational organization. Join our team and actively contribute to the company’s growth. **Responsibilities and duties** * Provide in-person and telephone support to ensure adequate assistance to clients or the general public; * Forward new client contacts to advisors (prospects); * Manage meeting room schedules; * Serve water and coffee to clients; * Keep coffee machines and disposable supplies stocked; * Receive mail and packages and route them to respective departments; * Monitor and verify office cleanliness and organization; * Report maintenance and repair needs via the Checklist; * Request quotations, purchase, and manage inventory of cleaning supplies, pantry and kitchen items, and office supplies; * Receive invoices and bank slips, cross-check them against purchase orders, and forward them to the Finance Department; * Assist the People & Culture Department with certain tasks; * Support the Legal Department with employee documentation; * Assist the IT Department with certain tasks; * Support unit employees; * Assist in organizing events. **Requirements and qualifications** * High school diploma preferred; * Strong verbal and written communication skills; * Ability to collaborate effectively within a team; * Organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to multitask.
