




**Description:** Physical planning, development of indicators and targets, performance evaluation, time studies aimed at improving vessel performance, results verification, and preparation of materials for performance indicator presentations. **Activities:** **1\. Indicators, Targets and Monitoring** * Define, review and enhance performance indicators (KPIs) aligned with critical processes of the subsea services value chain. * Support management in defining targets, measurement methods, control and monitoring of processes. * Conduct periodic reviews of indicators, technical specifications and calculation methodologies, proposing improvements or technical adjustments. **2\. Performance Evaluation and Improvement** * Monitor, critically analyze and report operational performance (efficiency, productivity, quality, value generation and risks). * Identify root causes of deviations, propose corrective and continuous improvement actions, including risk and barrier analysis (e.g., Bow\-tie). * Evaluate the performance of vessels, bases, workshops, service fronts, resources and processes, collaborating with contractors and internal departments. **3\. Information Management and Reporting** * Control unit-level indicators, consolidate results into management reports, dashboards and feed the Balanced Scorecard (BSC). * Prepare presentations for Critical Analysis Meetings (CAMs) and other management, strategic and informational forums. * Disseminate standards, analyses, reports and best practices to internal teams and contractors. **4\. Planning, Control and Governance** * Control operational parameters, EAE, fleet sizing and impacts of operational variations. * Manage actions, plans, pending items, schedules and “S” curves, tracking their progress. * Issue official notices, bulletins and institutional reports in accordance with Petrobras guidelines. **5\. Business Intelligence and Data Analysis** * Develop and implement Business Intelligence solutions (Power BI, SAP BI, Cognos, Tableau, Spotfire, among others). * Search, extract, consolidate and analyze data from systems, technical databases and documents. **6\. Physical Planning** * Calculate operational parameters, planned and actual times, and deviations for activities. * Collect and analyze data on availability, demand, resource utilization and activity portfolio. * Consolidate and present indicators related to the physical planning process. **Education:** Bachelor’s degree in Engineering with active CREA registration **Experience:** * 01 (one) year of experience in activities similar to the scope of this service. * Preferably 01 (one) year of experience in subsea engineering-related activities. **Desirable:** * Basic knowledge of Data Science (statistical decision-support methods, data mining, data reliability, business intelligence); * SAP Business Intelligence, IBM Cognos, Tableau, Sisense, TIBCO Spotfire, Oracle BO * Knowledge of subsea engineering. **Salary:** R$ 11\.735,17 **Benefits:** Meal allowance of R$47.08 per working day, dental and health insurance extended to spouse and children up to 21 years old (only co-payment deducted), remote work allowance, life insurance **Work Regime:** Hybrid \- (2 days on-site per week) **Working Hours:** 40 hours per week **Service Location:** PETROBRAS Imbetiba \- Av.
