We are looking for a **Finance Specialist** to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for the following activities: * Responsible for general accounting, costs, and other accounting activities; * Review and approve payment requests from the subsidiary; * Prepare financial reports and statements; * Support the parent company’s accounting department by providing documents and information required for audits; * Responsible for tax assessment, identification of tax liabilities, and providing advisory information to the parent company; * Collaborate with the local accounting firm; * Perform other activities related to the subsidiary’s finance routines. **Requirements:** * Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Financial Management, or related fields; * Thorough knowledge of tax and accounting legislation; * Fluent English; * Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office tools, ERPs, and SAP. **Preferred Qualifications:** * Registration with the Regional Accounting Council (CRC); * Experience in finance as a specialist or senior finance analyst; * Fluency in Mandarin or Cantonese.
