Job Summary: Perform preventive and corrective building maintenance, renovations, electrical and plumbing installations, ensuring the store operates flawlessly and participating in equipment assembly. Key Highlights: 1. Performing preventive and corrective building maintenance. 2. Carrying out renovations, electrical installations, and plumbing installations. 3. Participating in the assembly and installation of new machines and equipment. Your responsibilities will include: * Performing daily preventive and corrective building maintenance within the store premises; * Conducting renovations and minor construction work, painting, repairing or building simple furniture; * Installing electrical devices or equipment, identifying leaks, or renovating the plumbing system; * Adhering to a schedule defined by your supervisor or responding to service requests to ensure the store remains fully operational; * Participating in the assembly or installation of new machines and equipment, working jointly with the supplier’s or manufacturer’s team or under your supervisor’s guidance. Requirements: * Minimum 4 years of experience in the field; * Technical certification in NR 10 \- SAFETY IN ELECTRICAL INSTALLATIONS AND SERVICES; * Completed High School education; * Proactive and organized.
