Lychnoflora is part of the QIMA Life Sciences Brazil group, expanding its operations within a global network of scientific services for health and life sciences industries. **Job Description** Position for a Document Analyst to work in the documentation department, with emphasis on automation and digitalization of document processes, reducing manual tasks and increasing operational efficiency through automation and practical use of Artificial Intelligence tools. Responsibilities and Duties: * Support mapping, analysis, and organization of documentation department processes; * Execute automations for document creation, organization, verification, and control; * Utilize Artificial Intelligence tools to optimize document-related tasks (e.g., reading, classification, review, and organization of documents); * Support reduction of manual activities and rework in daily departmental operations; * Conduct testing, adjustments, and monitoring of automated routines; * Document implemented processes, workflows, and improvements; * Work on-site with internal departments to understand requirements and identify opportunities for improvement. **Qualifications** * Degree in Administration, Technology, Engineering, Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, or related fields; * Aptitude for and interest in applying Artificial Intelligence to productivity, automation, and process/document improvement; * Ability to use Artificial Intelligence tools to support document analysis, standardization, and review; * Familiarity with digital file systems and organization; * Basic computer proficiency (Microsoft Office); * Organizational skills, attention to detail, and logical reasoning. Preferred Qualifications: * Academic experience, internships, or professional experience in laboratory environments, chemical analyses, or technical documentation; * Basic knowledge of process automation, workflows, or scripting; * Experience handling large volumes of technical documents or working in regulated environments.
