Company founded in **2008**, in Ribeirão Preto/SP, with over 15 years of experience in earthmoving, excavation, drainage, and paving. **Job Responsibilities:** Assist masons and construction teams with daily tasks; Load, unload, and organize construction materials; Prepare cement, concrete, and mortar mixes; Support paving, drainage, and excavation activities; Transport materials using wheelbarrows; Handle hand tools such as shovels, hoes, pickaxes, and wheelbarrows; Maintain a clean and organized worksite; Assist engineers and supervisors as directed; Follow safety regulations and properly use provided PPE. **Requirements:** Experience with heavy manual labor (excavation, brush clearing, shovel/hoe usage, etc.). Minimum of 6 months’ experience preferred as a construction helper, masonry helper, mason, brush-clearing helper, or similar roles; Good physical fitness. **Working Hours:** Monday to Friday, from 7:00 AM to 5:00 PM. Overtime paid on Saturdays.
