If you have an analytical profile, enjoy transforming data into strategy, and want to directly support business decision-making, this opportunity is for you. ### **Main Responsibilities:** * Coordinate the Management Information area, ensuring data reliability and governance; * Lead the generation of operational reports and indicators; * Conduct performance, productivity, and efficiency analyses; * Design and enhance result-monitoring models; * Support leadership in defining goals, KPIs, and strategic direction; * Identify improvement opportunities through data. ### **Requirements:** * Bachelor's degree in Administration, Technology, Information Systems, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or related fields; * Experience in data management, MIS, or BI areas; * Experience in statistical analysis and indicator development; * Knowledge of BI tools (Power BI, Tableau, or similar). * **Preferred Qualifications:** * Experience in call center or collections operations; * Experience handling large volumes of data and high-scale environments; * Knowledge of SQL and/or advanced Excel; * Experience with operational indicators (ASA, CPC, productivity, etc.). * **Work Schedule:** Monday to Friday, from 8:12 AM to 6:00 PM Minimum Education Level: Bachelor's Degree * Variable compensation based on goal achievement * Discount club * Transportation allowance * Meal allowance * Dental plan * Health insurance * Birthday Day Off
