Health + Dental + Psychological support at the company. **Main responsibilities include:** Analyzing documents and conducting credit and collections inquiries; Updating and blocking customers in the portfolio within the system, as well as managing correspondence; Credit analysis; Negotiating and collecting payments from customers; Financial entries; Sending invoices and processing payment clearances; Calculating interest and fees, performing bank reconciliations; Providing customer service; Assisting in clarifying customer doubts; Providing information about products; Issuing invoices, sending and receiving bank files; Collecting overdue receivables; Customer registration, Serasa, SPC, Federal Revenue, analyzing documents and commercial information; Reporting delinquency status to gallery supervisors; Preparing reports and issuing responsibility statements regarding the use of company assets (cell phones, laptops, radios, etc.) **\*Skills and knowledge:** Completed undergraduate degree; Intermediate computer skills; Intermediate Excel; Excellence in customer service, persuasion; strong verbal and written communication.
