




Job Summary: Responsible for pre-preparation, production, assembly, and finishing of savory snacks, as well as inventory control and kitchen hygiene. Key Highlights: 1. Inventory management and maintenance of food hygiene Main Responsibilities: * **Ingredient preparation:** Perform sanitation and pre\-preparation of all ingredients required for production. * **Dough and filling production:** Prepare doughs for baked and fried savory snacks, as well as various fillings. * **Snack assembly:** Assemble savory snacks according to company-established recipes and procedures. * **Finishing:** Complete preparation of savory snacks for consumption, either by baking in the oven or frying. * **Inventory control:** Manage inventory of ingredients and finished products, ensuring proper storage, quality control, and expiration date tracking. * **Hygiene and organization:** Ensure cleanliness and organization of the workplace and kitchen, complying with food safety regulations. * **Packaging and storage:** Handle proper packaging and storage of produced savory snacks.
