Performs daily production reporting, monitors operational efficiency, and manages team sizing according to demand. Coordinates the sequencing of material receiving, storage, distribution to production, and shipment to external customers, according to Production Orders (PO) and Sales Orders (SO). Also responsible for organizing and conducting inventories, as well as managing inventory control of productive, non\-productive materials, and supplies. Manages material inflows and outflows, ensuring accuracy and availability.
