Job Summary: This role involves supporting import operations with documentation, monitoring market indicators, and analyzing commodity portfolios for commercial insights. Key Highlights: 1. Support in import processes and documentation. 2. Monitoring of market indicators and basic analysis. 3. Liaison with the commercial team for product analysis. **FOREIGN TRADE** \- Support in imports, assisting with documentation. \- Perform verification and archiving of import-related documents, such as Proforma Invoice, Packing List, Commercial Invoice, Certificate of Analysis (COA), Certificate of Origin (CO), Bill of Lading (BL), Import License (LI), Import Declaration (DI), and Import Certificate (CI). \- Perform verification and tracking of payment-related documents, such as storage and freight charges (customs and border), and invoices (foreign exchange). \- Monitor market indicators and conduct basic market analysis using tools provided by the company (e.g., USD exchange rate, Argus, copper). \- Information reports (spreadsheets and tables) related to verifications (storage, empty container returns). **MARKET INTELLIGENCE** \- Understanding of the main commodity portfolio (knowledge of products and focus on those carrying greater weight). \- Liaison with the commercial team regarding product analysis (to understand output forecasts and the range of products carrying greater weight). \- Analysis of the external environment (through product-specific indicators). \* On-site position Position: Foreign Trade Assistant Salary: R$ 3.000,00 Meal Allowance: R$ 540,00 Medical and Dental Plan Birthday Day Off. \* Requirements: Experience in foreign trade.
