




Responsibilities: * Execute routine HR payroll tasks (hiring, terminations, contract settlements, payroll processing, time tracking, and benefits administration); * Support and participate in the implementation of the Sênior system, especially the Dashboard module; * Perform data entry, verification, and monitoring of information within the system; * Support the organization of HR/payroll processes and metrics; * Collaborate with internal teams and system support during implementation. Requirements: * Experience in HR payroll operations; * Knowledge and hands-on experience with the Sênior system; * Experience or familiarity with HR/payroll system implementations; * Organized, analytical, and deadline-oriented profile; Desired Competencies: * Organization and attention to detail; * Strong communication skills and problem-solving ability; * Proactivity and willingness to learn; * Teamwork capability.
