Customer service and system updates **Job Objective:** Assist in organizing and executing service appointments, providing high-quality customer service and supporting departmental administrative routines as well as operational activities involving time and resource management. **Main Responsibilities:** * Schedule and confirm technical service appointments/customer interactions via phone, WhatsApp, and e\-mail; * Organize daily field team schedules, optimizing routes and time slots; * Provide customer service support regarding deadlines and procedures; * Update control spreadsheets and management systems (CRM/ERP) with current data; * Assist in opening and closing service orders.
