




Job Summary: Generalist HR professional responsible for all stages of the recruitment process, personnel management, onboarding, timekeeping control, and internal marketing initiatives. Key Highlights: 1. Full management of the recruitment and pre-admission process 2. Responsible for timekeeping processing and personnel movements 3. Engagement in internal marketing and training follow-up Execute the recruitment process for all store positions, including candidate sourcing, scheduling interviews, conducting interviews, and handling pre\-admission procedures (medical exam scheduling, document verification, system registration), printing employment contracts, and collecting new employees' signatures; \* Conduct onboarding training and send attendance lists to the Corporate Training Department; \* Manage uniform and PPE distribution, placing purchase requests as needed. \* Process electronic timekeeping records for employees, entering medical certificates, absence justifications, and/or absences allowances per agreement with the Store Manager, printing and collecting signed documents while maintaining proper archival; \* Execute termination procedures per management guidelines, entering data into the system and conducting exit interviews; seeking Legal Department guidance in cases of just cause to ensure compliance with current labor legislation; \* Register personnel movements (merit awards, transfers, promotions) in the system, monitoring all approval stages before communicating outcomes to employees; \* Implement internal marketing initiatives, such as Monthly Birthday Celebrations, Coffee with Management, Children's Day events, etc.; \* Monitor employee participation in behavioral and mandatory trainings scheduled by Assaí University; \* Support and execute occupational health and safety initiatives in partnership with the SESMT (e.g., updating periodic exams, supporting inspections, etc.); \* Assist in submitting documents/witness referrals to the Legal Department for labor litigation matters.
