Job Summary: Financial Intern to perform bank reconciliation, financial closings, and support the Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable departments. Key Highlights: 1. Preparation and analysis of financial reports **Financial Intern** Responsibilities and Duties: **Bank Reconciliation and Closings** * Perform bank reconciliation and close the financial movement; * Support monthly closing of financial trial balances. **Support for Accounts Payable Department** * Enter invoices, receipts, and various bills into the system for payment; * Populate and monitor financial control spreadsheets; * Send documents to third-party accounting services; * Assist in verifying payments via internet banking; * Support preparation of financial reports. **Support for Accounts Receivable Department** * Read and process bank return files in the system; * Record receivables collections in the system. **Reports and Improvements** * Generate, verify, and analyze financial data reports. **Requirements and Qualifications:** **Education:** Enrolled in Business Administration or Accounting, between 2nd and 5th semester, evening classes. **Mandatory Knowledge:** Experience in routine financial processes; Intermediate Microsoft Office skills. **Preferred Qualifications:** Experience in accounts payable/receivable processes; ERP or integrated management system usage.
