Main responsibilities: * Provide initial customer service and record customer requests; * Keep customer and vehicle records updated in the Sankhya system; * Perform delivery and vehicle demobilization checklists; * Record customer interactions, deadlines, and complaints; * Assist in preparing and confirming vehicle deliveries according to schedule; * Perform operations related to contracts, vehicle reservations, and vehicle movements between workshops and customers; * Assist in organizing vehicle logistics; * Support the organization and training of freelancers; * Monitor vehicle tracking and maintenance status; * Assist in creating driver schedules; * Provide service and follow\-up for drivers; * Responsible for organizing and updating the base yard. Requirements: * Completed High School education; * Basic Excel skills; * CNH B driver's license; * Availability for travel.
