We value our employees and encourage their personal and professional growth, as we know they are primarily responsible for transforming challenges into results. **If you share this vision and wish to grow alongside a company that believes in people and innovation, join our team.** **Main Responsibilities:** * Organize orders and plan delivery routes; * Load the vehicle; * Notify and schedule vehicle maintenance in advance; * Transport and deliver products on time, according to the assigned route; * Ensure cargo remains in good condition throughout the journey; * Comply with traffic laws and company procedures; * Collect customer signatures on the delivery handheld device; * Maintain organized delivery confirmations, documentation, and funds; * Report any irregularities (delays, damages, delivery refusals); * Perform basic vehicle maintenance and ensure vehicle cleanliness; **Mandatory Requirements:** Completed high school education; Valid Brazilian driver’s license, Category B (minimum); Previous experience in this role. **Additional Information:** **Work Schedule:** Monday to Friday; **Company Fleet:** We use company vans for deliveries. **Desirable Competencies:** Strong communication and customer service skills; Organization and attention to detail; Proactivity and agility in daily tasks. **Benefits:** * 50% coverage of medical plan (Unimed); * 100% coverage of dental plan (Unimed); * Life insurance; * Coffee, lunch, dinner, and overnight accommodation if required; * Transportation allowance; * Basic food basket. #GrowWithUs
