




**Job Description:** We are looking for a **Mid-level Personnel Department Analyst** to handle personnel administration tasks, focusing on **assisting with payroll processing**, **benefits**, **employee onboarding**, **electronic time tracking**, and **contract termination**. We seek an organized professional with attention to detail, strong interpersonal skills, and proficiency in legal labor obligations. **Responsibilities:** * Assist with payroll and labor-related charges; * Generate and submit events to eSocial; * Support the use and updating of FGTS Digital; * Manage benefits (transportation voucher, meal allowance, health insurance, among others); * Monitor and reconcile electronic time records; * Provide employee support and clarify department-related inquiries; * Update employee records and organize files and documents; * Prepare departmental reports. **Requirements:** * Previous experience in Personnel Department routines (mid-level); * Up-to-date knowledge of labor legislation, eSocial, and FGTS Digital; * Experience with electronic time tracking and benefits administration; * Degree in **Accounting Sciences**, **Human Resources**, **Business Administration**, or related fields; * Good communication, proactivity, and organizational skills. **Preferred Qualifications:** * Experience with the **Sênior System (Personnel Department module)**; * Participation in process improvement or implementation projects within the Personnel Department Employment type: Full-time, Permanent CLT Benefits: * Meal allowance * Transportation voucher
