




Job Summary: Assist in the preparation, organization, and hygiene of the kitchen, ensuring proper handling and storage of food. Key Responsibilities: 1. Assistance in food preparation and hygiene 2. Maintenance of workplace cleanliness and organization 3. Careful use of kitchen equipment and inventory control * Assist in food pre-preparation (washing, cutting, ingredient separation). * Wash, peel, cut, and grate food items according to instructions. * Maintain cleanliness and organization of the workplace, utensils, and equipment. * Assist in plating and portioning dishes as directed by the cook or chef. * Store food properly, adhering to food safety standards. * Remove trash, sanitize trash bins, and ensure proper waste disposal. * Ensure correct usage of kitchen equipment. * Assist in inventory and product expiry date control. * Comply with occupational hygiene and safety regulations.
