




**Description** Our Internal Sales Representatives are responsible for the customer journey within our store! They provide the first point of contact, always seeking to understand each customer's real needs and challenges in order to offer the best individualized solution. To achieve this, we provide ongoing technical training so they remain constantly updated on the latest developments in our industry. After all, more than just selling paint, we sell SOLUTIONS to our customers' problems, aiming to build, develop, and maintain a customer portfolio through close and transparent relationships. Our Counter Sales Representatives also have access to various resources and decision-making authority, enabling them to negotiate and close sales quickly and independently, while still having managerial support for more complex situations. **Responsibilities and duties** In-person and phone customer service; Prospecting new customers; Customer portfolio relationship management, development, and retention; Specification of paints and products best suited to each customer's needs; Preparation of quotes; Negotiation and closing of sales orders; Picking sold products; Preparation and tinting (coloring) of custom-colored paints using a computerized tintometric system; Workplace organization; **Requirements and qualifications** Completed secondary education; Strong negotiation skills / negotiation ability; Previous experience as a retail salesperson, preferably in technical, chemical, construction, industrial, cleaning, automotive repair and maintenance products or related fields;
