




Job Summary: Provide support and maintenance for the corporate environment, assisting administrative and business units with a focus on Microsoft 365 and IT infrastructure, ensuring availability and security. Guarantee of Information Security and Governance Provide support and maintenance for the corporate environment, assisting administrative and business units (computers, mobile phones, printers, equipment formatting/configuration, user and email creation), with a focus on Microsoft 365 (Office 365\) administration and support for network/IT infrastructure. Perform preventive, corrective, and evolutionary monitoring and maintenance of IT services and equipment, driving improvements, sustaining operations, and implementing new technologies to ensure availability, reliability, integrity, governance, and Information/Cybersecurity. Interact with vendors and integrators, track requests, and develop reports to ensure business continuity and optimal user experience (N1/N2 support\). This position combines N1/N2 support activities with IT administration and continuous improvement tasks, ensuring availability, security, governance, and a positive user experience.; **Responsibilities and Duties** **Monitor IT Infrastructure:** * Analyze and understand organizational requirements regarding IT resources. * Monitor infrastructure; * Monitor servers, networks, storage systems, and other infrastructure components. **Monitor and Maintain IT Infrastructure:** * Proactively monitor systems and infrastructure components to identify issues or failures. * Perform preventive maintenance, apply software updates, and resolve performance-related issues. **Technical Support and Problem Resolution:** * Provide technical support to internal users, resolving issues related to IT infrastructure. * Investigate and resolve incidents, ensuring rapid service restoration. **Manage Backups and Data Recovery**: * Monitor backup and data recovery processes to ensure data integrity and availability. * Conduct disaster recovery tests and verify the effectiveness of procedures. **Document and Maintain Records:** * Maintain up-to-date documentation of IT infrastructure, including procedures, configurations, and policies. * Log incidents, problems, changes, and maintenance activities. **Requirements and Qualifications** **Academic Background:** ----------------------- Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Systems, or related field. Minimum 3 years of experience in IT Infrastructure is desirable. **Specific Knowledge/Skills:** ------------------------------------------- * Experience administering Microsoft 365\. * Solid knowledge of SharePoint Online (site structure, libraries, permissions, sharing, and best practices). * Knowledge of SharePoint content organization and permission governance. * Practical experience with PowerShell (executing commands, simple scripts, automation, and bulk manipulation). * Familiarity with Azure and Entra ID (identity, groups, permissions/RBAC, resource concepts). * Basic to intermediate familiarity with Microsoft Purview (auditing, compliance, retention, and/or labeling). * Fundamentals of networking and infrastructure (DNS, DHCP, VPN, Wi-Fi, basic troubleshooting). * Strong customer service, organizational, and documentation skills (ITSM/tickets). * Basic knowledge of Windows server administration; * Experience administering Active Directory, Group Policy Objects (GPO), and permission management; * Familiarity with virtualization (Hyper\-V or VMware – preferred); **Additional Information** **Work Location: Ribeirão Preto/SP.** **Work Mode: 100% On-site.** **Administrative hours, Monday through Friday.** IBH Serviços e Participações is a Highway Platform operated by funds managed by Pátria Investimentos.
